The 45 Minute Pilates Based Video
Why Pilates based? Because it is better for your body. Pilates based exercises endorsed by physical therapists use modern day knowledge for determination of good alignment. Your spine is therefore protected from a compromised position. And there are exercises added to the original Pilates program that specifically strengthen the spine. These added exercises still use the original Pilates theory of movement. They also work to strengthen other body parts omitted from the original practice. A balanced body is the result of the Pilates based work we offer. Again, better for you.
Since I’m on a mission to help you be the best you can be, and because I can’t be with you all the time, we developed the Pilates Based Video to be with you when you cannot be at Studio 1 Pilates. You will be able to practice at home, on vacation, wherever you are.
At STUDIO 1 Pilates, Wallis' teaching is of how to execute the movements correctly, aiming for health, wellness and fitness in all dimensions, all the time.
I intend for the video to be easy to follow. I am literal. Remember to continue only if active working comfort exists. Do not progress towards fatigue, or discomfort by any definition. Strain and force are strictly prohibited.
