Allegro Reformer Class STUDIO 1 Pilates n Movement, LLC
The reformer will strengthen and stretch you on your
back, belly, side, standing, jumping, sitting, and more. A very efficient tool, and a “feel good”
form of exercise. This is a good
compliment to the MAT CLASS or on its own.
The reformer can replace your work in the gym, or compliment it. You will learn where you body is weak or
strong, AND learn how to balance those differences while avoiding pain.
