Athletes, humans benefit from core stability and core strength in that the use of body parts independently allows for higher prowess, integration, functioning, and flexibility.
Pilates for Dancers
Assist you with strengthening feet and ankles for stronger pointe work, for balance, allegro, especially petite allegro, turns, adagio, etc.
Also, as needed, to focus on upper body strengthening for better porte de bras, posture, balance, alignment, breathing and turns.
Classes are taught by a Royal Academy of Dancing Certified Instructor.
